1. How effective is the measurement system of communication campaigns?

Effective Marketing Strategy

  • Progress chart completing OKR in 90 days – 1 year of the project
  • The revenue target is set according to the OKR of the project, updated weekly by the Marketing Manager, including:
    1. OKR of the company
    2. OKR of Marketing – Sales department
  • A report sheet of revenue, expenses, indexes measuring the effectiveness of communication channels, updated weekly by the Marketing Manager to the Board of Management.
  • A report sheet of revenue for each channel, cost of each communication channel and issues desired to arise from customers, updated daily by the Marketing Manager to the Board of Management.
  • Daily automatic update sheet about the revenue results according to planned OKR targets

2. Personnel’s productivity measurement system in departments

Measurement System

  • The work progress monitoring sheet of each employee in the Marketing department is inputted to the daily data report by the personnel
  • OKR is individually planned according to the OKR revenue target of the company and Marketing department, updated the progress of weekly results by the personnel to recognize the results and make adjustments every week
  • Report sheet on revenue, expenses, indexes measuring the effectiveness of communication channels, updated the media channels by the personnel that they are daily in charge so that the management board will know the results
  • The report sheet of revenue for each channel, cost of each communication channel, updated the communication channels by the personnel that they are daily in charge so that the management board will know the results.
  • Personal Traffic Light summary report, automatically updated by the Marketing department on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis including: work progress, review point at meetings, in-depth training points, teamwork culture training points and personnel rankings with solutions from coordinating department to help personnel increase their personal Traffic Light points.

 

The above is the system measuring the effectiveness of the marketing campaign, the personnel productivity of MKT Pro services operated by the Marketing Director and the Project Operations Director to update issues, revenues, and expenses on a daily and weekly basis to help management board know the progress of the project.
